🖼Profile information and photographs

📝 Filling in the membership forms

To enter or change information in your profile, click on “My form.” You can change information about yourself there. To fill out the whole form, move along the red band at the top of the page. The form has been filled out properly if all of the red segments have turned green in colour.

📷 Posting and replacing photographs

Go to the “My photo” section and use the function “add photo.” Choose an image from your computer and attach it. The profile photograph must contain a clear image of your face, the photographs can not be pornographic in nature. Please review the usage rules which relate to photographs on the portal.

🙎 Posting the profile image

To post a photograph as your profile image, click on “My photo”, select the photograph and click on “Profile photo” under the relevant image. That photograph will be your profile image.

Erasing photographs

If you wish to erase any of the photographs that you have posted, select it, click on “Erase,” and the photograph will be gone.

🕗Subscriptions

Is the portal free of charge?

It costs nothing to register on the tavomeile.lt portal. You will be able to do the following things on the portal at no charge to yourself:

  • Add photographs to your profile;
  • Fill out your form in detail;
  • Make unlimited use in searching for others;
  • Look at the "TOPS" lists of the portal.

If you have never registered a profile on the portal with a specific E-mail address, we will present you with a two-day introductory subscription at no charge to you so that you can learn about the portal’s functions. When you confirm your E-mail address, we will extend the introductory subscription by another three days. Find the E-mail that we sent when you registered on the portal and click on the link.

An introductory subscription is awarded to newly registered users whose E-mail addresses have never before been registered on the portal.

💑Why is a subscription necessary?

A subscription will allow you to engage in extensive communications with any user on the portal:

  • Send an unlimited number of letters;
  • Read an unlimited number of letters;
  • Wink at the person you like;
  • Review your profile statistics;
  • Add favourites and see what they are doing on the portal;
  • Communicate it the public Discussions;
  • Find your new match because of all of this (of course!) :)
Remember that the subscription is connected to the specific profile for which you purchased it and is not linked to any other Personal Information you have. Deleting a profile will also delete the subscription already purchased!

⌛ What is an introductory subscription?

If you have never registered a profile on the portal with a specific E-mail address, we will present you with a two-day introductory subscription at no charge to you so that you can learn about the portal’s functions. After the introductory subscription expires, you must purchase a profile subscription to make full use of the portal’s functions.

💶 Buying a subscription

Just click on “Buy a subscription” on the left side of the front page of your profile. You may buy a subscription for one, three or six months. Just click on your choice. The longer the period of your subscription, the cheaper and more advantageous it will be.

💰Payment types

After selecting the term of your subscription, you can pay for it with a payment card (Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electronic), Swedbank, SEB and Nordea Internet Bank, SMS (TELE2, LMT), PayPal Transfers or iTunes Subscription.

📲 WHAT IS SMS SUBSCRIPTION?

 

When choosing an SMS subscription, it will be automatically renewed after the end of the subscription period, so you will not have to re-make a subscription order each time the subscription expires. This automatic subscription service can be denied at any time and is free of charge.

📵 HOW TO STOP SMS SUBSCRIPTION?

To stop the renewal of the monthly subscription, send the text OPG STOP to number 1800.

After sending the message you will receive confirmation SMS and automatic SMS subscription will be suspended. Sending a text message about automatic subscription suspension is free.

💳 WHAT IS A PAYMENT with a CARD?

When you opt for a payment card, the subscription will be automatically renewed for the expiration date, so you will not have to re-make a subscription order each time the subscription expires. This automatic subscription service can be denied at any time and is free of charge.

💸 HOW TO WITHDRAW SUBSCRIBE IF you payed with a card?

You can stop this service at any time by clicking on the "Stop subscription" button in your profile. The button is located under My Subscription on the left side of your profile page.

💸 HOW TO DISABLE A SUBMIT UNDER PAYPAL USE?

You can stop this service at any time by clicking on the "Stop subscription" button in your profile. The button is located in the "My Subscription" section on the left side of your profile page.

💸 HOW TO STOP ITUNES SUBSCRIPTion?

 If you delete the profile at otrapuse.lv, iTunes subscription will not be automatically cancelled. Automatic renewals can be withdrawn from your iTunes account. To stop iTunes subscription retrieval, follow the instructions at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.

THE REASONS OF THE FAILED PAYment:

  • Inadequate loan balance to phone number;
  • Disabled the ability to send an SMS of an increased charge for a particular telephone number;
  • The SMS of the operator "Bite" must be confirmed by the number "1". If this is not done, the shipping is not registered;
  • Invalid / Invalid code entered;
  • Information is not sufficiently indicated when transferring from the bank.
If the subscription is not activated in a short time after the transaction is completed, write us an informative e-mail info @ {: hostname}. In your letter describe the situation, add the phone number from which the transaction was made on the portal (if it was done through the phone) and in the subject specify: Subscription. Each such inaccuracy is verified, and we will contact you as soon as possible

🌈 WHAT is profile highlight?

Highlighting a profile makes your profile more visible, it is displayed on the first page in the TOP section and in the section about the selected profiles. This will draw attention to your profile, increase profile activity and, probably, your second half will notice You sooner!
 
You can buy a profile selection subscription by clicking on the button "Select profile", which you will find on the right on the first page of your profile or by entering the "TOP" section!


What to do if payment has been made, but the subscription has not been activated

If you are sure that you took all of the payment steps properly and in order, but the subscription has not been activated, write to info@tavomeile.lt. Tell us what happened. Put the word “Subscription” in the subject line. We will check every problem and get in touch with you as quickly as possible.

Other information

👍 REGISTRATION OF THE PROFILE

The profile on the portal can be registered in three different ways: with an email address, a draugiem.lv passport, facebook.com, VK or Google+ authorization. We would like to note that different profiles will be created using different profiles. By registering a profile, for example with a draugiem.lv passport, and then with an e-mail address, these profiles are not combined, but there are two different profiles, because the registration was done twice. If you still want to enter your profile with both e-mail and other registration data, then after registering the profile you must enter the Profile Settings and enter additional data there. Do not forget that for portal usage rules, only one profile is required, which will be supported on the portal.

🔐Recovering a lost or forgotten password

If you fail to log in, make sure that you have entered your E-mail address and password correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot password” and follow the instructions to restore your password. Please, always make sure that your password is not known by any third party, and do not disclose it to anyone.

💌 Replacing an E-mail address or password

If you wish to change your password and/or E-mail, go to “Profile tools” to replace either or both of them. Remember to click on “Save” when you’ve entered the new information.

💌 WHY do you have to activate E-MAIL ADDRESS?

The email address must be activated so that you can continue to contact other portal users and get a dating subscriber. This step is needed to reduce the possibility of registering false profiles on the portal.

You can activate the e-mail by following the information received from registered e-mail from otrapuse.lv. The code found in the e-mail should be used within 15 minutes or the link to be used in the e-mail.

💌 WHAT TO DO IF there are no activation e-mail sent?

In these cases, please check your e-mail SPAM, sociap, promotions, and other folders. If there is no activation email from otrapuse.lv in these folders, please contact the administration.


🕶Keeping a profile photo from appearing on the front page of the tavomeile.lt portal

To keep your profile photo from appearing on the front page of tavomeile.lt, click on “Profile tools” and uncheck the text “I agree that my profile photo and name may be used in tavomeile.lt advertising materials on other Internet resources.” Your photo will never be posted on the front page of the portal.

📪 Rejecting news from tavomeile.lt by E-mail

If you do not want to receive news from us by E-mail, click on “Profile tools” and uncheck the box which says “I want to receive news from tavomeile.lt.” You may also send an e-mail to info@tavomeile.lt with the word “Unsubscribe” or the words “No news” in the subject area.

⛔ Blocking other users on the portal 

Use the “Block user” function if you do not want to be in contact with anyone else on the portal. Blocked users will no longer be able to contact you or view your profile.

⛔ HOW TO REPORT ABOUT Violation?

If you want to report a user, you can do this by clicking on the "Report Abuse" button in the profile of another person, in the email section, in correspondence with the person for whom you want to report the report by clicking the "Complain" button or in the "Chat Room" section, on the right page of the comment. side by clicking on the "Report Abuse" link.

 

🏃HOW DOES GEO LOCATION WORK?

 

Geolocation activation allows you to search for other users by the "Nearby" attributes. This way, you have the opportunity to search geographically for your closest users. You can find this option in the "Finder" section. For the first time using this option, you will need to confirm that you allow to use geolocation data. If you have missed it, after you have chosen not use your geolocation data in your browser, but still want to use this feature, click on the Blue Locations icon in the "Search" section in the lower left corner and follow the unlocking instructions.

🏃 HOW DO YOU EXIT A PROFILE?

 

You can do this by using the "Exit" feature found in the "Settings" section below your photo icon in the top right corner of the page.

⛔ Erasing a profile

If you want to erase your profile for any reason, just click on “Erase profile.” Your profile will be irreversibly erased, and you will not be able to reinstate it.

📪 HOW TO CONTACT ADMINISTRATION?

Users can contact administration using:

2. automatic reporting buttons;

3. as well as the special form of communication https://otrapuse.lv/en/suggestions, where you can now add screenshots or other visual material.

 

The Discussions is not considered a means of communication with the administration and the administration is not obliged to answer the questions posed by the Discussions.
